Listening Test

Here is the problem.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZNjYIwE4yII

Every time I start my engine in cold, there is a kicking noise which only lasts 3 or 5 seconds, and it's really annoying.
Does anybody know how to solve this problem, and how much it will cost?
Thanks

BTW only 67k miles on the car.

a. there is nothing wrong with the oil nissan uses
b. why are you paying nissan to change your oil?
c. if you think its "rubbish" why are you paying them to use it?
