I am making a custom 3.5" housing right now that eliminates my midpipe and its going to be joined with a 68mm throttle body. I'm hoping not to have to any serious issues with the install.

IIRC, sloppymax also might have had this done . And we are all aware that a piggyback is necessary along with AFR monitoring.
Bosch has a Ford 77mm unit and then there's the M62 82mm unit. And of course there is the custom 76.2mm unit, and it looks like knight is going with an 80mm piece.
