Does any ones radio (while on f.m.) turn completely to static as soon as you put the rear defroster on??? Well mine does.I really dont care because I live in Mississippi on the coast and the radio sucks anyways(YEEEE-HAAAWWWWWW) and Im always listening to cds..Just wanted to know. BTW its not the Bose..

 

My friend had the same problem on his 2000 SE. The dealership replaced his rear windsheild free of charge.

 

no problems at all. but i also don't listen to the radio much.

 

I cant believe they had to replace the rear window!! Im glad I dont really listen to the radio. Im not sure if Im willing to go through all that just to hear them play the same songs over and over and over!!! I guess since its free I might have em do it on a day off or somthin.

nuh uh, I dont have ANY tint...

 

you should buy some of that cheap tint at walmart for do it yourself tint and tint your rear window w/ a ton of bubbles or whatever...then bring it into nissan and after they replace the back window, they will have to replace the tint too and then you will get a nice tint job for the $20 it costs from walmart

That is a GREAT idea!!! Its hilarious AND it sounds like it will work.Yea Ive been screwed over by Nissan myself($9.50 to OVERNIGHT a bolt which took 3 DAYS to get!) Im starting to really consider having them replace my rear windshield.

Got the same problem. Yes I do have tint but not metallic. I'm not even gonna bother with Nissan, they'll just blame it on the tint. Sucks cuz I do listen to the radio alot and now that the winter is on it's way...no Hot 97 for me
