Rear Marker Lamp Assembly

How-tos are still pointing at the wrong HTML pages.

Anyone know how to remove the painted portion of the rear marker lamp assembly? Part#5 in this diagram:

From behind the bumper.1 nut 1 clip I think.If it cant be reached from underneath loosen up that side of the bumper to get to it.

Thanks. Looking at the service manual, I couldn't tell if it was a nut/bolt or a pressure screw.
