Clutch Pedal Enagement

I just changed the clutch salve on my 2000 5-speed (103k miles, original clutch) and I spent allot of time bleeding the system, both upper and lower bleeders. I did not allow the system to suck in air and used a tube with a bottle of fluid. I did this until I did not get any bubbles, and then some. The clutch pedal enagement is much lower than before the change. In fact, if you depress the clutch, the first 2-3 inches are very soft free play and then you can feel it operate.

Could I still have air in the line?
Is there a pedal adjustment?
