First of all I hated to start a thread for this but I am stuck.....
This is a simple proceedure that I have performed on one of my max's several time in 2 minute or less.

I just f'ed up a d2r bulb on my other car trying to install it. It is the correct part fits in the socket, socket slips in to place in the headlight but I can not for the life of me get the GD clips to snap in place. The clips do not appear to be bent or misshapen in any way.

I am frigging loosing it over this...any one have any tip that could make my miserable pathetic life easier?

 

i dont know if you took the entire light out its pretty easy and dont know how you would have a problem if you did

 

Yeah, that is my next step. I can do this on my other car leaving them in, guess I will just take them out.
