Oil on 3.5 cover?

so i pop the hood and i see oil everywhere..the oil cap is TIGHT and the dipstick is snug....i clean it off with brake parts cleaner and then i drive the car for a few more days...i look and there are some small drops of oil on the cover again...can this be caused by blowby or bad pcv valve?..it seems to only happen when i get on it ( which i dont do much).. but ive narrowed it down to that ....bad rear valve cover? someone help me its just very annoying..lol

First thing I'd do is change the PCV.

Rear valve cover. Follow the hose labeled PCV hose.
