03 Altima/00Maxima Calibers

Will 03 Altima calipers work on a 00 Maxima?
I was at the junk yard today and i found a 03 altima, the calipers are duel pistons compared to my single ones in the 00 max, there all intact, bracks and all, and for $8 each hell.

It would depend if when bolted up that they line up with everything else on the Maxima. For $8, it might be worth finding out.

Now that you mention it, it almost looked like a 6th gen max, it was so gutted though i couldent really tell, it had side curtain airbags that poped and , all i saw was the sticker under the hood, said 2003 year but i did not note the engine size, it was gone anyways, but the calibers where deffinetly 2 pistons on the inner side.Ill get pics on friday if the weather is ok and ill buy them just to have with the bracket, if they dont work, ill sell them here i guess, ill pass on the savings ^_^

are you sure it's 03, cause those didn't use 2-pist. calipers. as for fitment.. you would defntly want to get 03 altima rotors (that go with those calipers) wich are 11.65"x1.02" vs. 11.02"x1.02" on 00 maxima. meaning.. calipers are going to bolt on, but the pads with stock 00 rotors are going to have 0.315" overhang.

Well i went to the yard, Its freaking gone, they shredded the remains........................................... ..... anywho, I found a black 5th gen max gle, it had major damage, the driver door was peeled off, the roof caved in, windshield gone, someone raped the engine and tranny already, i managed to get the window motor for the drivers rear wich i needed so bad, $13 woot, it looks as if it had a head on and rear on hit and rolled, cluster is still there, pass airbag good, grey interior vert messy, i got what i needed from it.
Anyways heres a pic of the junkyard you requested, i made a link because its a huge pic<panoramic>
