As the title states, has anyone had their VTC sprocket replaced by dealer due to the start up rattle? if so, was it covered under warrenty? did it make any difference after the replacement? i have this issue with my 02 5.5 and its annoying to hear it every morning. the oil level is good on it. it did it the day after my oil change, so im going to assume that its the sprocket.
