Well good news is we finally found a buyer for the minima i have in the garage.
The bad thing is. The car has trouble starting up. I don't know if its because I still have the b pipe and no cat on there or its because of something else. It has hesitation and it dies. Any suggestions?

I don't think it's the b pipe w/o the cat.

Top speed is when I hit the speed limiter... seemed to be around 140-ish. Boost makes me to faster (acceleration), but the speed limiter keeps me from going faster (top speed).

 

the exhaust should not have anything to do with the car starting weak. Is the battery ok?
