5th Gen Check Air Bag Light Flashing

Does any one happen to know where i can get the Diagnostic codes for the flashes when the check airbag light comes on

Ive reset it 5 times already by doing the key in ignition switching from off to on, and counting 5 seconds, THREE TIMES, To put the airbag system in diag mode. Now it flashes One long, and one short

last night it started to flash every ONE second, for ONE second....im not prepared to kick on 600 - 1000 dollars to the dealership just yet

so i figured id come here and see what you guys had to say about it

so after taking it to the yesterday (Monday 3/18) dealership, it was found that my airbag light was coming on due to "the right side seatbelt" OR PASSENGER SIDE seat belt.....according to the Nissan DEALERS. Granted they replaced that seatbelt and the pretensioner, as well as waive the diagnostic fee. They told me it was all under some type of Airbag component warranty. However, ONE DAY LATER...which is today...the light has come back on. I attempted to get it into diagnostic mode, and the light when to a slow stead blinking, repeatedly...I ran the last part of trying to get it to go out by turning the key off, counting 5 whole seconds, and turning it back to on...It hasnt come back on, but im sure it will. Im taking it back to the STEALERship next tuesday so they can probably tell me its something expensive.

*sighs*

i doubt if they'll charge you.. if the issue is covered by a warranty, and it's still messed up after the first time they tried to fix it, they shouldn't charge you because it was under warranty to begin with

Mine was flashing long ago, and it turned out to be low battery voltage that set it off. How is the condition of your battery?

wow.. i can't imagine how much it would be to have side impact airbags installed in your car, or if it's even possible if it doesn't come from the factory.. but he means those are all the features that came with his car

i've got an optima yellow top

also, i took it to the dealership and they finally fixed it. The problem was the passenger side seat bet tensioner causing the light to go on....supposed "OPEN CIRCUIT", the replaced the entire seat belt assembly, and it hasn't come on since
