Splash Cover

There was a thread out here a while back on how to solve the problem of the saggy splash cover. I could not find it, but has any one had any sucess in fixing theirs? I am referring to the cover that hangs below the bumper. The clips that hold mine appear to be worthless as they allow mine to hang. New clips will not solve the issue. Just wondering if anyone has used glue or anything else to fix.

3M double sided tape works best, but zip ties work well too like sooner said.

Zipties ftw. Only problem you'll have is replacing them if you need to change your oil or transmission fluid but whats 20 cents right...

thanks all.

I will give the zip ties a try tonight.

Does removing them pose a potential problem?

that's what the dealer would do, and charge you a boatload for it too.

I think splash cover is very important. Some how mine came apart on the road, and I think I hit something causing it to fall off. Anyway's went to my local Nissan dealer ordered one. Put it back on new clips. Reason I'm saying it's important to have that splash cover is you're belts are exposed to debri, and you could hit something on the road and can pucture a hole to you're oil filter. That's just my opinion.........
