Short answer: No.

Long answer: Anything can be done for enough money, and that would cost a LOT of money to do right.

Bottom line: For the cost of figuring out the conversion, fabricating brackets, and getting the 350 Brembos, you could buy a damn good BBK setup for less. Look into fastbrakes.com (Wilwood) or Stillen (Brembos)...
