Has anyone replaced 6MT under CPO warranty?

I bought my max certified pre-owned and it is still under this warranty. It has around 75k miles on it now and has acquired the notorious 3rd gear crunch in the last year or so. My question is, will nissan accept my 6mt crunch problem and replace my transmission under warranty eventhough I am modded? I have a short shifter and poly bushings along with redline mtf which I would of course take off before I brought it in minus the mt-90 (I've been thinking about changing stock fluid to avoid any questions). I am modded but we all know that their is some sort of an inherent problem (I'm sure that nissan must know although they wouldn't admit it publicly). So has anyone been able to pull this off with mods? Thanks

they might be able to say that all those power mods are putting too much power through the tranny which could have caused the problem (although that's not true).. i would DEFINITELY remove the STS and bushings before taking it though.. i don't even know if they would be able to tell that you have synthetic fluid in there

visually no, and i have never heard of a shop doing lab tests on a fluids.

take off your mods and bring it in, I doubt that they will give you a new tranny though.
