TCM location????
I will be buying a new TCM to fix the issues I have with my tranny really soon so I will post a full write up on HOW to remove it and instal a new one with pics of course....

Plus, with pictures, we can all see how everything comes apart to get to the TCM. The ECU in my Accord was easy to get to, just had to pull the carpet up on the passenger side and remove a panel. Digging into the console area is more involved.

this is somewhat what it looks like. it is attached by 2 nuts. after you unscrew them u lift the brackets off the bolts. its smaller than the ecu. u might have to remove the panel where the shift lever is. i removed and replaced mine in about 20 minutes. make sure u wear rubber gloves to prevent any static shock that could fry ur tcm.
i have a 02 tcm if u wanna buy it for $75.

The issues are..... Car moves change from 1st to 2nd.... everything goes well... change to 3rd and....everything goes well, then, the tranny looses it gear.. it goes back to 1st and stays there while driving... then it goes back again to 3rd after you push the accelerator or turn off the car and turn it back on.......
