I recently put an H3 6000K HID kit into my car and my right headlight wont work, my parking lights work and halo's work. could it be a blown fuse? I plugged that bulb into my left side ballast and it worked fine, could the ballast be bad?

Update: I plugged my ballast into another friends lights and they work so its not a ballast problem, my right light works so it can't be a fuse. I will re-wire tomorrow and hopefully get it fixed!
