would aftermarket 02-06 vq35 altima headers fit an 03 maxima? i'm asking because the company i get cost from just relased a altima header and id like to save where i can
i looked through the header thread and it's only useful for cattman and hotshot (not biased at all)

 

I dont think they will its different underneath, hotshot and cattman are the only ones that give you gains so stop being such a cheap *** and get yourself some good headers

 

IIRC, they wont fit. The 02-06 altima and 04+ maxima have a completely different crossmember which makes the y pipe different. The headers might go on smooth but you'd run into issues bolting up the y pipe to the headers.

With headers...go Cattman or go home.

Cattman and OBX are the only two still making headers for us, and you may find some used Hotshots once in a while. Well, there are the eBay ones, but don't waste your time on those. As already stated, the Altima/6th Gen Maxima headers will not fit, unless you do some custom work to rework them, but that may or may not be worth it depending on what resources you have at your disposal.
