Help with wind noise?

I did see one or two posts on wind noise in 2K+ maximas. I have been extremely aggrivated by this noise and my car is only a month old. Has anyone found a solution to this thorn in my side?
I have not contacted Nissan about it yet. I believe there might be a TSB number for this, if so anyone know what it is. I do tons of highway time and it ticks me off.
any help is great
thanks

I think it has/had something to do with the little windows in the rear doors. I haven't checked it out yet, but it is starting to get real annoying to me too

Re: Help with wind noise?

My dealer fixed the wind noise issue on my Max last month, there is a TSB for that, I don't know the TSB number though. They apply some kind of foam seal to both rear quarter windows.

i will have to give them a call and see what they say. I wonder if they will have to have the noise replicated by a tech in order to fix or if they will fix just on my complaint?

Does it quiet the noise any? I heard that some I30 owners took their cars in for the TSB and came out with little difference..

It totally quiets the air leaks from the rear quarter windows. But when you drive at 100 mph, you will hear some wind noise in the cabin, and that's totally normal.

Go Figure

I looked on the NHTSA.com site for TSB's but found none regarding wind noise....I only looked for 2k1 Maxima.

Wind noise TSB

I'have had the same problem with my car, but last week I talked to the dealear about the problem and they will fix the car. This is the TSB I got from them. I hope this helps.

I will post the complete TSB on the next days.

Yeah i hate that wind noise also + road noise. I wonder if there are shops that do only insulating cars.
It would be cool to have a stealth car.
