AC Questions

Im looking at getting a 2003 max
2 questions
can you make it so the recycled air is always on even when the car is retarted
and how hard is it to replace lights that are burned out in the AC controls
Thanks

What do you mean by "retarted"?
And the lights aren't too hard to replace, just takes a little taking apart of things.

opps meant restarted
when the car shuts off and turns back on the you have to push the recycled air button again
on my 2000 that wasnt the case
is there a way to change that

I think all the auto-climate control systems function that way. When the car is restarted, the system defaults to fresh air. You must then select the recycle feature. Every Nissan I've seen did this.

I believe that how they work.

Why wouldn't you want fresh air?

I have a 2003 with manual climate controls. Whatever setting you had when you shut off the engine is what you will get when you restart the engine. When you put it on feet or defrost it will always default to outside air.
