opps meant restarted
when the car shuts off and turns back on the you have to push the recycled air button again
on my 2000 that wasnt the case
is there a way to change that

2. very easy, new bulbs, 2 screw drivers, 5 mimutes, job done.
I think all the auto-climate control systems function that way. When the car is restarted, the system defaults to fresh air. You must then select the recycle feature. Every Nissan I've seen did this.
I think you can only get them from dealership

I have a 2003 with manual climate controls. Whatever setting you had when you shut off the engine is what you will get when you restart the engine. When you put it on feet or defrost it will always default to outside air.
on the auto, as stated, defaults to fresh air.
ok so i am giving up not he whole have to press the button thing
i guess it isnt a big deal
btw the lights in the ac controls turned on again last night
so i dont have to open it up
