For those with Ground Control Coilovers

Hi,

I'm considering getting the ground controls for my 2k max. I was wondering what spring rates you guys have on the front and back. I know that GC will sell the coilovers w/ differnt rates for any given car, any idea what spring rates are available for the 5th Gen Max? Also, any impression of the ride quality would be appreciated as well.

Thanks

Go with the default spring rates (450 front, 375 rear). You can choose from many different rates, but keep in mind the springs might bind if you choose too soft, or you'll bounce all over the place if the springs are too stiff.

My setup... 500 front, 375 rear with 6" springs all around.

yup, just go with what keving said, might spring rates are the default one, and trust me they are plenty stiff, but that is the way I like them.
