idle screw location

hey guys, does anyone know where the idle screw on a 2000 max is located? I think i need to raise it a little. symptoms: (1)misses idle mark on rev (drop below 500 rpm. (2) short-term idle is at 700 rpm (on neutral engage), long term idle is at 500-550(after 10+ sec of short term idle). pics would be great.

yes thank you sooner. i know its in that general area. the thing is i never messed with it before. and theres all these other screws that are around so i have no idea which one it could be.
in regards to jason, well, the dealer lowered it before when they changed my ECU, idle air learn, key reprogramming and stuff. i think they lowered too much since i have those symptoms as you can see. (i did bring it back, but obviously they're gonna say that its something else so they can charge me for it.)
i left my lights on today so the rpm will stay at 700 even.
so the question becomes, does the screw look like any other screw or is it distinctively different in some physical way? is it easily acessible?and more importantly what does T-L-C mean?
