Dash squeek

I've got a squeek in the dash. It only happens on bumps. I have reduced the frequency (increased the size of the bumps needed) buy wedging a piece of styrofoam between the windshield and the dash. I took out the defroster vents and tightened the 2 bolts in them (they were tight already, I don't think I turned them at all) and put foam weatherstripping on everything that could rub anything. No effect. I've also taken off as many dash panels as I could and tightened what I could find (not much) and foamed everything. Any ideas?

P.S. I've been away from the forum for awhile. It's good to be back.

I'm not sure this TSB addresses it, but I'm going to try a bunch of the fixes (I hear a little rattle in the back, too occasionally). The windshield chock (as I affectionally call it) is in the center of the dash, between the defroster vents, but now I'm not sure the squeek isn't coming from the right A-pillar. I drove 2 hours yesterday and it happened maybe once. Hopefully warm weather will fix it, but I'm going to try the A pillar fix. Thanks!
