Lowering springs settling

Lowered my ride on illuminas/eibachs last week and was wondering how long it takes for springs to "settle" completely. Also how much lower would it get when its settled?

Any new input is much appreciated.

this is why you never use the used OEM struts when you lower your car....

So true but its hard to get aftermarket ones when you bought lifetime struts from a parts store my struts are always free now, i just do a defective exchange, but yes iam going to get something better in the future, heard horror stories about kybs, havent heard anything on Bilsteins, havent really looked into it in depth about what i should get either for quality and longevity.
