Removing "service engine soon" light???

Did a search and only came up with procedures on how to reset/clr codes. I have a particular situation where i did a Vq35 swap and have 8 codes stored for things i can't clr/resolve because of missing hardware, so i wanted to take the light out. Using a I35 instrument cluster. Realised there is no specific bulb for that, so i tried removing the wire going to the instrument panel for the light but then the car did not rev past 2500 rpm...

anything else i can try???

there is no point as the codes will still be stored in the ECU and the car won't pass inspection...unless you don't care inspection or don't need it for inspection in your area.

You will only be able to black out the light or cover it like stated above. Since you don't have to worry about inspections like me then ah well...

Florida doesn't require vehicle inspections.
