You do realize every car will be slightly different due to different weights, incline/decline...?

at 70 mph i am just over the 2,500 mark, so 2,600

i know this because highways around here are 70 mph and I tend to watch my tach more then speedo at 80 i'm at 3,000

Thanks DaveVQ,What does the weight have to do with the speed of your car.As long as your in 4th gear its all the same. Yes all the cars are the same {all being 2k max with 4sd auto].The gear ratios are the same.Going down hill is another story, but i was not talking about that.

for the 4spd auto the exact number is more like this- 2500 rpm at 72 mph.
