Losing power mechanic stumped

I had a broken valve cover seal, and oil leaked into the plugs in the rear I changed the plugs but I didnt change the coils because they werent misfiring, I did move the soaked coils to the front for easier removal later on. But since the car is not misfiring and there is no cel light my mechanic and me hooked up an obd II scanner yesterday to see if the computer would show anything and it showed nothing the throttle position sensor showed a reading of 4.8 V at maximum throttle and he said that usually its a bit higher but i've read a thread somewhere saying that that voltage is normal. The car definitely feels slower before I used to be able to spin my tires in 1st anytime I floored it and now nothing it just slowely builds up rpms and 2nd used to chirp and now nothing. My mechanic is really stumped as to what the problem could be. Any help guys please. maybe a compression and leak down test? and I recently changed my maf to the 2k1 maf which is stronger and my gas mileage went down slightly.

P.S. the scanner showed that all o2 sensors were working fine and there is no shaking at idle

I don't wanna say MAF, but it can be it.

That is a high voltage for the TPS. What else did the scanner tell him, any codes?

You might need the reflash of using the 01 MAF.
