RSB with Eibachs/Stock Struts
RSB with Eibachs/Stock Struts
A friend of mine told me that using a RSB with the stock struts and Eibach springs makes the struts wear much more quickly. Is this true? I wanna put 20k more miles on my stock struts before I buy new ones and am hestitant on installing my RSB until I know the facts.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but...
The addition of a RSB itself is the key to the added stiffness of the chasis. I doesn't wear out the shocks (stock or mod) any quicker with/without it.
If anything were to wear out the shocks more, it would be the Eibach springs becuz they are compressing the shocks and making it work a lot harder than under the stock height.

How are KYB's? I've heard all bad things about KYB...like they're as soft as stock. I want a set of Koni yellow's!

those must be the KYB GR2... those are like OEM replacements. KYB AGX are adjustable

I have a set on order.... the rear struts are 8-way adjustable and the front struts are 4-way adjustable.

From where? How much? If they're similar to Koni's, I might be interested. Do you know how they compare?

$400 from Cattman.... I really can't compare the two... but from what I hear KYB AGX are very good struts.
