5spd swap issue...

was doing a 5spd swap this past weekend and everything went nice and smooth, but when the car is on there isnt much, if any clutch pressure and the car wont go into gear. starting the car in gear, it will buck forward a foot and shut off and lock in gear. im using a oem 5spd open diff gearbox with phantom grip lsd, spec stage 3 clutch, oem clutch master cylinder, and slave with ss line. we bled it over and over trying to get good pressure. im a 5th gen obv and im using a 4th gen clutch pedal and it moves a bit. we're going to go through the process of elimination and start with the pedal swapped to 5th gen clutch pedal, then master/slave cylinders then clutch and gearbox if necessary. im hoping its the pedal or master/slave cylinders. has anyone run across this problem when doing a tranny swap before? id like to get this thing up and running ASAP! any help and insight is greatly appreciated. thanks

-Mike

Clutch isn't fully releasing.

Did you bleed the clutch at all after assembling all of the components? Sure you installed the TOB correctly? Adjusted the clutch pedal properly?

The threaded rod at the top of the pedal assembly...... Loosen the locknut and turn it (IIRC) clockwise, so that the master cylinder is being pushed in more, that's the best way I can explain what you need to do, hard to explain. Now, If you run out of adjustment and still can't get the clutch to disengage- than the spacers that you used between the master cylinder and firewall are to thick.
