From groundcontrol you just get the mounting stuff and springs. You then have to pick out your struts seperately. Kev went with 4th gen konis. Rear worked fine. Front required some sort of jimmying. He can give you more details.

The GC's I have are for the 4th gen (because they don't make it for the 5th gen yet). I ordered a set for the 97.

adman posted the link to the site, but I recommend calling the number and talking to them. The default spring rates/lengths are 450/7" and 375/8". If you want a slammed look, go for 6" springs all around... but if you do that, you'll have to get stiffer springs (because you don't want the springs to bind).

Like punkdork said, the struts are made for the 4th gen (97). I don't know if you like the KYB's or Koni's, but you will definitely need new struts (unless you want to bounce like a rice boy).

Check out the How-to sticky for modifications on the strut mounts.

Bouncing = I wanted a lowered car and don't care enough to spend money on struts to match the new springs.

I think I am going to go with the KYB's just because they are easier to put on. I need to step up and buy them, the sockers are bottoming out alot now.
