Map light LED bulb:

I searched the site but could not find any solutions to my problem....I bought some 1895 ba9s LED's from autolumination but for some reason they are not lighting up...Does anyone else have map light replacement LED bulbs that work...Thanks

I think you have to do some special wiring to get it to work. I haven't seem a write up for it though.

i took the top part of the led off and the wiring inside, i cut one off and attached another wire to it and just placed it onto the map light connections to see if it would work and it did after i reversed the polarity, but the led was taken apart and i never got to putting it back together

Now I get it I am going to have to get some soldier today and try that out. So I just have to switch the wiring in the map light around in order to get it to work. Thanks for clarifying.
