Also what were your oil change intervals and type of oil you used.
I changed my oil every 3,000 miles mobile one synthetic with mobile one oil filter. Mechanic said no metal was found when he drained the oil etc. So being broke as I am, I think swaping the motor is the cheapest way to go don't have the cash to crack that **** open, would like to to see what has happened though. And i never directly said i was STREET racing but my bad this is Tucson people here are crazy on the road I mean real crazy. and driving is fun I don't do anything out of my handling limits for the record. And I will continue to manual shift an auto. No clutch engage time, and shifts smooth and fast. By the way has anyone had they're CPU updated? I did a few months ago and there was all sorts of updates like tranny and drive ability.

Sorry there was supposed to be a period there. I didn't mean crazy driving is fun check the edit. I meant Driving is fun period, and handling as in drive control, quit trying to be cute sooner. Staying on topic is a crazy notion but give it a shot it wont hurt.

If you have someone to come out and get it there is a VQ35 over at the Santa Fe Springs, CA in the engine cage. I think they let those go for 200 or so bucks.
