codes P1148? need help! Please.

01 maxima mileage 154k, got SES light, pulled out codes P1148, description shows (manufacturer control fuel air metering), I erased the code but not sure if it will return. Do i have to replace any sensor to fix this problem if the light comes back on? any help? Thanks.

Is it safe to buy the aftermarket one without the connector or should i get the OEM one with the connector? by the way the OEM one cost around $100 and the aftermarket cost around $30 but i have never tried aftermarket before. Has anyone else tried them?
