Cost of Brake Pads for '01 Max -SE

Four Dealers in Atlanta have quoted me $62.00 to $65.00 for the Front pads and $48.00 to $51.00 for the rear pads.
Can I get these cheaper out of state? or is there another alternative pad I can get to replace these factory OEM pads at a different cost?
let me know GANG! Thanks!

Are there any group deals on X-drilled and/or vented rotors too?

What pads have the longest life assuming same braking?

Stock?
Porterfield?
Axxis?

Do the Porterfield and Axxis fit perfectly?

Stocks never last long cuz they're usually made out of "softer" material...
I'm not sure about Porterfields, but Axxis last pretty long and they are "low dust".

Anyone got info on the Porterfield brake pads?

I like low dust for sure! Kev mentioned that the Porterfield have high dust.

Low dust = less cleaning!

The thing with Axxis, I heard they are not X-drilled friendly. They'll eat up your X-drilled rotors and sometimes warp them from the high heat.

I've used them on xdrilled (and on slotted) rotors w/o any problems. I can reference you to about 200-250 customers with the same setup. Axxis' coefficient rating is not extreme and will not chew up the rotors like full race pads that have twice the coefficient rating.
