Ordered 2k2 HIDs
Well, since my headlamps need to be replaced because of the wreck I was in, I decided to go ahead and get the 2k2 HIDs. The insurance co. is giving me close to $400 + installation for new stock headlamps. I told the body shop to not order or replace the headlamps and credit me with the insurance money that would go towards them. They had no problems with it. So, I figured I would put in my own money and get them.... I am supposed to get my car back next friday on the 16th. Can't wait

nice, so I guess you are not going to get the bodykit now. Dont worry about the price because I will sell it to you at cost anytime you want it.

like I said.... come over to the east coast... I'll hook up a UDP for you, smash your headlamps, and help you file that insurance claim

Awesome Nauman. You'll love them. I keep wondering how I got by without them. Your hookup for Zamora's must be good. I couldn't get in there until the 12th.

Thanks... yeah, the hookup surely helped. The guys told me that they already ordered the new hood, bumpers, and whatever else. As soon as they get in they should start work on it
How long did they say your work was going to take? I don't see it taking them more than a day or two....

That is what I thought when I was in the exact same accident. They didn't even have to replace my hood, and it still took three months. They got stuck waiting on some A/C condenser part that they couldn't get correctly from Nissan. Obviously that won't happen to you too, but its murphy's law that since you want your car back quickly, something will go wrong and it will take forever. Enjoy the rental ride.

They said 2 days. If he finds a surprise, it may take longer. I doubt that will happen though.

Yup... thanks for reminding me. I have to call the other party's insurance company to set that up. Don't they have to give you something equivalent in size?
