lower tie bar help stage 2

i just got my lower tie bar and i noticed one thing i cant bolt it on because the nuts for the front control arm have some kind of washer on it and i am not sure if i need new nuts or what to do. its a 2000 max

A few months of the 2000 production used nuts with a flange on them. ALL other 89-2003 Maximas used a regular nylock nut on it, which is what I designed the tie bar around.

*from memory* I believe it's an 18mm x 1.5mm thread pitch nut... not sure on that part though...

Either way, you can go to the dealer and order the part from any other year Maxima and they'll fit just fine. They're $3-5 each, IIRC.
