ENGINE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR

what do i do with the ENGINE AIR TEMPERATURE SENSOR. I have installed my berk intake system. Now will the sensor thats no longer working with the intake system effect the way my car runs.

just put it in the path of airflow from the front of the car somehow, did that with mine, no issues, i stuck mine in the wire harness and zip tied it in place next to the rad on the drivers side where there is small gap there.

I left the front scoop that the sensor attaches to in place. Have had no problems and the scoop helps direct outside air towards the intake.

drill a hole in the end cap of the filter and extend the wires. a 7/8 hole will keep the grommet nice and tight

I left mine alone, ALONG with the stock scoop/snorkel...so as of now it resides directly inside it
