01 Bose Sub cut off....

Did the research and only find the 00 fix. Does anyone has the fix?

Are you talkin about the random speaker cut out or is the sub totaly not workin here is a link for the fix random speaker cutout for a 2k2

so the only option to fix this is replacing the sub and HU?

I might be wrong but I assume the 2000 and 2001 set up is the same. If that is the case then the write up I did for the 2000 Maxima should also work for the 2001 model year. See the link posted by jasonmax; Bose Woofer Cut Off Fix For 2000 Maxima .

they are different setups... same crappy Bose system but different.
