Id suggest asking someone in a Honda forum what the measurments of the stereo are. Stereos generally come in single and double DIN (this would be a double), so you can be assured that the "guts" would fit in the dash. However, the face of the stereo can be vitrually any size or shape depending on the contours of the dash/console or whatnot.

Get the measurements of the face of the Honda stereo and compare it to the Nissan stereo. I can tell you without knowing what a Honda stereo even looks like, that it would require some aesthetic modification (and of course, some wire harness fanagling) to make it look decent even if the measurements are very similar.

Honda what? Where did you read anything about him putting in a Honda OEM stereo? First, that's just fail. Second...no.

IIRC, it should fit but the wiring is different for the 5.5gen a bit, but with some adapters, it should work, you won't get the steering controls though unleww you have the 2001.
