How to remove speaker grille?

Searched under how-to's and looked throught the audio section. Figure it shouldn't be too hard but i dont want to mess anything up. Bought from a previous owner with an Alpine HU and amp and was looking to upgrade my speakers, but want to see what its got there right now. So how do I do it?

You will need to remove the door panels to access the speakers on all the doors.

thanks for the link...looks real complicated though. I definitely wanted to upgrade the speakers but since i bought the car used i'm not sure if the previous owner already did . I have an alpine HU and amp so i figure theres a good chance that he might have...theres no easier way to tell if you have stock or aftermarket speakers? i don't want to waste the moeny to buy speakers if theyre already upgraded lol, might as well save the money for a subwoofer...
