I posted a video on YouTube for you guys to listen to. Its kinda hard to hear, so turn it up a little. You hear it mostly starting half way through or so.

I think its the right front strut making noise, but I'm not really sure. Closest sound I could relate it to is a bird chirping anyone know what that might be?

Ive got that to in my 02 Maxima.... i was leaning toward strut mount or strut because my front end seems tight

 

Look under the hood and check the top strut mount. The nut on the end ot the strut rod should be dead center in the rubber. Also grab the fender and shake the car sideways and watch the end of the strut rod. It should not move at all.

 

so if it moves or not centered, its the strut mounts?

 

Could be that it's not properly torqued down evenly.

 

i just checked mine, its centered and no movement. dealer changed the passenger strut in 04. I changed the sway bar links and bushings. still thumping for the last 4 years.......

 

We have the same noise in our '01. Strut mounts look fine.
