hey guys i have an 03 max, and the hood wont pop open when I pull the latch.. i dont think its the wire because if i get someone else to hold the latch up, i can pull the hood up... any suggestions??? thanks

 

It is the cable then... If you homie can hold the latch up and your able to open it then there's slack in the line.

Get the hood open and check for the cable "head" to see if it's got play in it. It should be tight. That's really the only suggestion.

 

Lube the latch while you're in here.
