Strut pieces...

I took my car to the shop and they said the 'clunk' is from the 'strut'. I thought, okay, my dad and I can do that. But, maybe we can't, as I'm looking at all these pieces and I have no idea what I actually need:

$109.99 for each front strut. $36.99 for front strut mount, $22.99 for front strut bellows, $23.99 front cam bolt kit.... :-/ This is under O'Reillys website for Strut pieces...

Do I need it all? Am I in over my head... :P Do I need special tools?

the clunking noise could be a worn upper strut mount thats what i had and i changed it and the noise went away.. those are easy to swap out all you really need is a spring compressor and your good

same same, seems if you replace the mount and the noise is still there<my case> had to replace the strut itself but it came back in like 2 months........

If you are going to spend the money, now is the time to invest in a good suspension. Not the same junk that came on the car in the first place.
