Well short and simple i put 2 rods through the block and me and a couple of friends are putting the new engine in out at my friends 240 shop. The old engine is out and i'm switching accessories from the old engine to the 54k mile engine and tomorrow will be putting the new one in, if anyone has a diagram of the wiring harness so i don't mess anything up as this is my first time to remove an put in an engine, a diagram would be very helpful.

I recommend you search this site for the FSM. There are too many diagrams and harnesses to post here.

Harnesses start on page EL-453 of the manual.

 

Thanks i appreciate it but i never made it to that with everything being color coded it was pretty simple. My first engine swap done by me and two friends completed in off and on working for 4 days in between classes and after and it runs perfectly. Amazingly i bought the engine for 500 bucks and everything runs great. Sadly though the car is sold and i have to drop it off tomorrow morning i will miss being a VQ owner very much
