seat heater problems

So i took my car to best buy to have them install my deck, and was overall quite displeased. they broke my passenger heat switch. The switch rocks back and forth now with no resistance or a click, I could also just lift up the switch. So i need to know how to get this thing working again, it appears as if the ball that it pivots on is missing.

Pry open cover of switch
CAREFULLY remove the shroud over the switch
If it's anything like the rear window switch, which I will guess it is, there are two copper arms that seat small metal ***** on each end. Position accordingly. THEN, try to hold the ***** in the low points of the arms while pressing the springs in to position.

If it's like the window switch, prepare for a total nightmare.
