Saved by the ABS? [Extremely Lengthy]

There are some people who actually want you to rear-end them. They can claim a debilitating neck injury and sue you. They may never have to work again if they do a good enough acting job. I may be wrong (I'm not a lawyer) but I believe that regardless of circumstances the person who hits a car in front of them is ALWAYS considered at fault.

Racing a POS TL down a service road both trying to make it to the same tight clover leaf exit. I start off in back of him, get into trusty 3rd and smoke him. Get to the cloverleaf in 5th around 4500 RPM, slam the brake, ABS kicks, yank the steering over and she goes 'round the corner. I am still trying to figure out how I made it through! The car smelt like cooked brakes for half an hour!
ABS rocks! But you have to trust it not to lock up.
The rule to use ABS properly is:
STOMP - on the brakes
STAY - on the brakes
STEER - the car

CP lane as fast lane. Well I do but I understand that it's not.
Left lane. It is the fast/passing lane and I do get peeved if someone is farting around not passing someone.
If someone behind me wants to get by then I DO move over. What the hell let him run interference right?
Slowing down in the left lane when someone wants to get by is uncool. Just ****ing that person and the 10 people behind him who want to speed up the pace also. I don't really understand why people do that.
The european way of signalling is 1 or 2 quick flashes. But in the NW, only about 1/2 know it. Some get ****ed and think you are the jerk. They don't understand how 90% of the other world drives.

Normally I'd get out of the way... but the other night some kid just rode up on my butt really quickly then started flashing like crazy... it was clearly "MOVE!" not "excuse me please". The other time I refuse to get out of the way is when there is no where to go ahead of me. I had some guy flashing me one time in rush hour traffic... WTF?

Regardless of who they are or how they do it, I would just get out of their way. Although they usually are just jerks, what if you accidently slowed some guy who just got his pecker stuck in his zipper and needed to get to emerg. ASAP to stem the bloodflow or something? It's better to give every idiot the benefit of the doubt.
