Questions about handling mods for newbie

I'm a proud new owner of a 2K2 Max SE Auto. My daily commute includes a 10-mile stretch of twisty freeway (110 freeway from Pasadena to Downtown L.A.) at 4:30 am. Since there's no traffic, I tend to have some fun. Previously, I drove a '93 SE-R with no mods, and it handled very nimbly and tight through the twisties. Although the Maxima is great for such a big car, I would really like to tighten up the steering response and it's tendency to "pull" or wobble; but I don't want to give the car a "jarry" ride. I know I want the best of both worlds, tight steering, semi-luxurious ride, great handling. I've never modded any of my cars, and I have no idea what the FSTB or RSB does to the handling, besides "improves" it. Will either or both mods help the car feel more nimble? Or is there something else I can do? Or am I asking too much to compare the Maxima to the SE-R? I appologize for my ignorance, but you guys are the experts. Thanks for your help.

Try the "MaxFAQs" link below. Will answer most of your questions.

https://maxima.org/maxfaqs/index.shtml#Suspension

Then you can come back and search this forum for details of brands and locations to purchase the mods. I emphasize the word "search."

I've read the FAQ's regarding FSTB and RSB's but they only state
"The FSTB will strengthen the structure of the car and will help the handling characteristics of the car."

My question is... How much will it help? Do they make the car more nimble, and help steering response, or do they make the car just corner flatter? Or both?

I repeat:

SEARCH SEARCH SEARCH

It's covered like EVERY time someone buys or installs or thinks about or mentions one of the above mods.

i just installed the FSTB and i would say it helps cornering more that the steering response.. u won't notice any huge differences unless u drive more aggressively, say on the freeway onramp or making quick lane changes. other than that, u won't notice anything when regular street driving.

No problem. If you do your own search, you'll find many more threads like that. I just pasted a few of them in. There were a ton of results for just "fstb AND handling." Not to mention "rsb AND handling."
