windshield nozzle not working

My driver nozzle does not spay out fluid unless I pop the hood, only the passenger side works. The rubber hose is obviously being pinched. Anyone ever ran into this problem, if so how did you fix it? I always had this problem ever since I purchased my car but I never really used it until now with the snow.

Thanx

Did you try rerouting the hose? Keeping it away from where it's being pinched?

Seems like the first course of action...

I had the same exact problem, and it baffled me... What I ended up doing was chased the hose to the drivers nozzle, and pulled it out from behind the insulation on the hood. I just ran it in front, and it has worked fine since... Strange...

take it out and blow it out with air gun, then reinstall it and trace out the lines. You should be able to see where it might be pinching.

My driver side nozzle stopped working (worked intermittently) after I installed my FSTB.

Which do you have? I have the Ebay one and after I adjusted the brace (made sure it laid flat and wasn't tilted) it started working again.

pull down the hood insulator and reposition the hose, it's being crushed by the FSTB!

I'm glad you started this thread. I have the same issue with my passanger nozzel. I think mine is a combination of an Ebay FSTB and too much wax in the washer nozzel. Now I know what to look for.
