Wasn't there some sort of recall or TSB for the 5gen brake calipers? It could be on another part around there, but I thought I remembered hearing something about the calipers?

Loose like in and out towards the rotor?

Or loose like back and forth?

Its the hub, your hub is bad, trust me I know. When you do a front bearing on a maxima always do the hub too, it gets wallowed out. They stock um at nissan there 130-160depending on the dealer. call around and get one and then change the bearing.

if you have been driving on a bad bearing for a while, it will kill your hub, take evrything apart, press in new wheel bearing, press in new hub, recheck for play.

the caliper should move in and out on the slides on the bracket itself, but the caliper bracket should not move at all.
