Its real hard getting into gear sometimes when the cars not warmed up. Especially R and 1st. I was under my car the other day and noticed my rear motor mount was shot. Could that be my problem?

No.

Has it always been like this?

What sort of gear oil do you have in there?

its been like that since i bought last month, and the clutch fluid is full. I changed the gear oil to Redline MT-90. Drained it and put about 2.5qts in.

You're pretty much looking at one of two things, gear oil being so thick in the morning that it's hard to get into gear, or the clutch isn't fully releasing.

So did it do it before you changed the gear oil, or after?

it did it before and after. I think it might the be clutch not fully releasing, how can that be fixed?

First thing I would do is bleed the clutch, and put in new brake fluid. Seeing as it's temperature related, it could be the master or the slave.

If that didn't do the trick, adjust the pedal, but that's really just a temporary fix until you fix the problem.

Okay so the morning after I adjusted the pedal. It wouldn't go into gear. Right after i would adjust it it'd be fine.. If i drive it than park it, the next morning its back to square one.. or even worse.. I was looking at the transmission and saw this. Does this look right? Is that goldish bolt thing suppose to go straight in there? Heres a pic. If anyone with a HLSD transmission can look at theres and see if its the same. or even take a pic. That'll help
Thanks in advance

Thats odd. I've never seen a copper fitting over the slave cylinder pin. The pin can get sort of noisy so maybe that was there fix. Who knows, but from what I've seen, that copper piece shouldn't be there...at least on the 5sp. Not sure about the 6sp.

Nothing should be there, the slave cylinder piston should directly contact the clutch fork.

It's not likely the problem, it's actually giving you a bit more throw to disengage the clutch.

I've got a new issue now.. The clutch pedal gets soft after highway driving and it engages right off the ground. A couple miles into city driving the pedal gets realll springy and engages real high, like right at the end.. is it the master cylinder thats gone bad?

2.5 quarts is not enough, if you drained all, it takes about 4.5qts.

The FSM and the dozen times I've refilled the RS6F51 say different.

Are you referring to the 5MT?

He has an A33B (and has mentioned HLSD and 6MT a few times in this thread), hence a 6MT.

Factory fill is 2.3 liters, ~2.5 quarts.

anyways, whats it mean when the pedal firmness changes after driving? city driving the pedal gets real hard and engages high. After a highway drive it gets mushy and engages low.
