Personally, I use Pledge (yes the wood cleaner). Use it on the headlights, tails, etc. I have no haze or fog on my headlights.

Spray it on a rag and apply it, let it sit for a minute or 2, then buff it out as best as you can.

You guys are probably not see this but just in case, I can promise Ya mothers mag and alluminum polish ( in the jar) does better than any of the previous products that were posted, I have tryed them all. It really works best to hit it with mothers first with a small (slow) buffer and then go over by hand with Flitz it is less gritty. I have been polishing with mothers for years and it is the best and cheap too! This stuff will remove scratches if Ya got the patience and elbow grease to do it. I just payed 15 dollars for some high dollar headlamp polish and it only removed a little oxidation the trusty ole mothers removed rock chips and scrathes I was pretty proud of my 45 min. restoration. Dont expect this stuff to remove deep scratches in two or three rubs but if You have the time and dont buff through the lens first you will get that bugger inventually. PS. If using a buffer be very careful not to burn the lens stop and let the plastic harden or cool frequently. maxman7

Mine were pretty oxodized when I got the car last year. I spent a few minutes buffing with Brasso and got most of it out. Now, I use Brasso once a month and follow with a couple coates of wax.
And yes, the Mothers mag polish works wonders as well...it;s just alot mroe expensive than Brasso.

3M Restoration kit. $16.

Assuming the problem is on the outside of the lens, of course.

you got a 96, so you have glass. do you think the pledge would work the same on plastic?
